Advanced KitesurfingLevel
The advanced kitesurfing level corresponds to riders who already ride fully independently: they’ve mastered the waterstart, hold their course and ride upwind. At this stage the goal is no longer to ride, but to ride better: efficiency, manoeuvres and new disciplines.

How do I know if I’m at the advanced level?
Tick this list mentally. If you meet all of it, you’re at the advanced level:

You land the waterstart first try on most attempts.

You ride both directions and return to your starting point.

You ride upwind consistently.

You control the kite’s power without thinking about it.

You handle safety on your own: launching, landing and self-rescue.
Missing one? Then you’re probably at the intermediate level and that’s where you’ll progress fastest.
What do advanced level classes work on?
At this level, classes focus on taking your technique up a step:

Efficient upwind riding and a better angle.

Fluid transitions, toeside and switch.

First jumps with timing and controlled landing.
-
Riding in strong wind and choppy seas.

Adapting to different conditions and choosing equipment.
All of this is worked on in private or semi-private lessons.
And after the advanced level?
Once your twintip technique is consolidated, the natural next step is opening up a new discipline:

Frequently asked questions about the advanced level
How long does it take to reach the advanced level?
It depends on frequency: with intensive courses and regular practice, many students consolidate their independence within one or two seasons. The key is not skipping stages.
Which lesson is right for me at the advanced level?
Private or semi-private 2.2 lessons, one kite each, to work on exactly what you want to polish.
Can I rent equipment at the advanced level?
Yes, with proven independence you can use our equipment rental in supervised mode.
Do you offer supervision without a full lesson?
Yes, supervised rental is ideal for advanced riders who want to ride with an expert eye watching from the beach.
